Ocean One is a 7-star oceanfront condominium on Sunny Isles Beach. They had an existing access control system, 24-hour guard service, and an outdated camera system. Their guards lacked support from a high-quality CCTV installation for the condominium. Hence, this left the property with many blind spots. Residents also experienced slow wifi service as they went from one area to another. The property was too large to sustain a stable connection using traditional routers.
Video SECURITY
We facilitated the guards' ability to monitor all areas by executing a CCTV installation for this condominium using high-definition IP cameras. Our team positioned them throughout the property: in the parking garage, beach walk, dock walk, playgrounds, and entertainment areas. We also installed cameras inside 10+ elevators to monitor activity in case of breakdown or damages.
Mesh wifi
A fast and seamless connection is key for Ocean One Condominium, a large property with 30 floors and many entertainment areas to keep their residents occupied.
